November 08 2024 - The Jazz Institute of Chicago presented "Dear Jazz 2024", two jazz-themed evenings celebrating top visual artists and musicians at the Fulton Street Collective, FSC, in Chicago. Music Friday night was performed by the Ricardo Jimenez Quartet featuring Jimenez on trumpet/flugelforn & vocals, Joshua Achiron guitar, Simon Ciaccio bass, and Steve Bomar drums & cymbals. Visual artist Lewis Achenbach created original art in response to the performance.
